“The Month Of” Package

This fabulous wedding package includes approximately 20 hours of pre wedding services are included in this package with an additional 10 – 12 hours of service on your wedding day with the primary wedding coordinator plus additional hours by the coordinator’s assistant.

Prior to your wedding day:

  • Complimentary consultation – consultations last approximately 1-1.5 hours
  • Two or three face to face meetings – this will ensure my team and I understand your vision for your wedding day
  • Weekly email updates will be provided
  • Approximately one month before your wedding day all vendor contracts will be reviewed to ensure all services are properly covered and the arrival/set up of vendors will not interfere with the arrival of your wedding guests.  It is the wedding couple’s responsibility to provide a copy of all vendor contracts to the wedding planner
  • Together we will do an initial walk- through of both the ceremony and reception venue with you to ensure we understand your vision for your wedding/reception.   A final walk through may be needed in addition
  • Develop the wedding day timeline and distribute to your vendors

The day before:

  • Coordinate the wedding rehearsal
  • Distribute the wedding day timeline to your wedding party

On your wedding day:

At the ceremony site:

  • Oversee all vendor set up
  • Place the guest book; unity candle/sand ceremony items; programs and other items are placed and distributed
  • Provide an emergency kit for the bride
  • My team  and I will greet your guests
  • Distribute all bouquets and pin all boutonnieres
  • Line up the wedding party
  • Cue musicians for the ceremony to ensure everyone walks down the aisle to the music selected
  • Direct the wedding party and family to the designated location for photographs following the ceremony
  • Guide your guests to the reception venue
  • Pack up the bride’s personal belongings
  • Pack up the guest book and transport to the reception
  • Assist the venue staff with general clean up

At the reception site:

  • Oversee all vendor set up
  • Set up place cards for guests
  • Greet guests
  • Ensure the timeline is followed to include the formal introduction of the wedding party; dinner is served on time; the toasts, cake cutting, first dance and bouquet and garter toss are timely
  • Distribute final payment to all vendors – if needed
  • Secure all gifts during the wedding reception
  • Assist the venue staff with general clean up
  • Ensure caterers pack a “to go” box for the bride/groom-  if desired

Who doesn’t enjoy a little extra – as my gift to you, upon signing of a contract, you may select 2 of the following:  

I will return the cake/cupcake stand in accordance with your contract. I will assemble and deliver the guest welcome bags (limitations may apply based on location and number of hotels). I will provide a toiletries basket for the ladies restroom.
